SR Rotary Valves

The SR rotary valve is designed for poor flowing products. Most rotary valves have a restriction just after the inlet- the SR valve drops straight into the valve body with no restrictions. it comes as standard with the following spec:

• Cast iron body
• Square inlet, round outlet (reversible)
• Fixed tip rotor
• Lip shaft seals
• Chain drive

but can be easily fitted with the following options:

• closed end rotor
• stainless steel body
• hardened friction relieved tips
• mechanical shaft seals
• direct drive

The valve can be easily fitted with a fabricated cutom designed body to almost any shape or size depending on your application.

If you need a non-standard valve then we can easily accommodate:

• exotic materials
• very high temperatures
• reduced volume rotor
• automatic drive clutches
• variable speed
• quick removable rotor
• scalloped pockets
• PTFE coating

The SR can also be supplied with ATEX certification for use in hazardous areas.
