The MV rotary valve is our standard unit. The round version fits ANSI and BS flanges and comes as standard with the following spec:

• Cast iron body
• Fixed tip rotor
• Lip shaft seals
• Chain drive

but can be easily fitted with the following options:

• closed end rotor
• stainless steel body
• hardened friction relieved tips
• mechanical shaft seals
• direct drive

The valve also comes with a square inlet and outlet flange if round does not suit your application.

If you need a non-standard valve then we can easily accommodate:

• exotic materials
• very high temperatures
• reduced volume rotor
• automatic drive clutches
• variable speed
• quick removable rotor
• scalloped pockets
• PTFE coating

The MV can also be supplied with ATEX certification for use in hazardous areas.
