BTV Blowing Seal

Our most economic blowing seal, the BTV, is a popular choice for light duty applications such as bakeries.

Cost saving features such as integral bearings, lip seals and compact construction make it the ideal choice for conveying flour and other light products.

They can also be used for lightly abrasive materials such as sugar when used with a cast iron body rather than the standard aluminium.

Standard features include:

• aluminium body
• carbon or stainless rotor
• integral bearings
• lip seals
• chain drive

We can, of course, also fit optional extras to the valve including

• ATEX certification
• PTFE coating
