Impartial IT offer a unique service of being your IT department.
Is it for you?
Our service is aimed at small to medium sized businesses who cannot
afford or do not want full time IT staff. We try to empower you
to be more confident in using IT, increasing your IT knowledge and
confidence.
How much?
We work on a subscription basis of a £150 monthly charge.
If you pay for 12 months in advance, you receive 1 month free.
What do you get?
For your monthly fee, you will receive up to 2 hours support. Any
time over this is charged at £75 per hour. That's it. No catches
or extras.

What is support?
Anything we do for you, on site, by telephone or tasks you have
asked us to perform are all types of support.
On-site
If you want us to visit you then we charge the standard rates for
time spent on site.
Impartiality
We do not take commission or any payment from suppliers. We give
advice based solely on your interests. We're on your side.
We guarantee that our advice has no strings attached- we
will only advise you with your needs in mind and not a hidden agenda
of equipment to sell.

History
We are a division of an engineering company who have invested time
and money into developing a very effective IT system. Customers
and suppliers were using the engineering company as a free IT help
line. It was getting to the point where engineering staff were spending
too much time helping with IT so a new company was formed to make
it a formal, chargeable service. Our customer profiles include engineering,
insurance, wholesalers and retail businesses.
