About Us

The Fiona Herbert Catering Company is a well established business with over 10 years experience of catering in marquees and historic houses, from intimate gatherings to large scale events.

Nothing is too large or small for our comprehensive services- we pride ourselves on providing the food and service our clients want within their budget.

Fiona trained at Winkfield College and set up her Outside Catering Business in 1989, initially cooking for business lunches and small private parties. Her reputation spread, and soon she was taking on larger functions.

Fiona has always been passionate about food, and both her high standards of presentation and use of the best ingredients are testament to the success of the business.

Fiona married Will Radley, a local farmer, and moved the business to new premises at Meadow Farm, with state of the art kitchens, walk in fridges, staff room and offices, with the capacity to cater for larger events the business has gone from strength to strength.


About Us

Lisa Quinton joined the business in 1990, and took over sales and marketing for the business. Lisa visits clients to discuss their requirements and ideas for their weddings and events, and organises all the additional services that make each event so unique. Her attention to detail as a Wedding Coordinator ensures that all events run smoothly.

Our chef, Haydn Treneare joined us last year from the Scilly Isles, and with his expertise in the kitchen and wide experience he runs the kitchen like clockwork, helped by an extrememely able and hard working kitchen team. With Haydn in charge of the kitchen, Fiona is free to oversee the day to day running of the business, but she can still be found cooking at many events!
