The TESV is particularly suited to abrasive applications- the design of the chest does away with the usual plate seal- the main cause of leakage and the biggest maintenance headache.

The plate is supported by long lasting studs and kept in line by dense, high density plastic strips. As the plate nears its closed position, cams lift the plate and push it tightly up against the machined inlet, forming a metal to metal seal.

We can also supply the valve as a complete special, fabricated to any size. Other options include an inflatable seat, exotic materials of construction, high temperatures and explosion resistant units.
