Our multiway is built for one thing- reliability. They have been used, without maintenance, for upwards of 20 years handling food products.
The body is fabricated then machined to a close tolerance. Each outlet is fitted with a custom made polyurethane sealing pad and position sensors.
The internal "swan neck" rotates to the selected position then a custom designed jacking system forces the swan neck and outlet sealing pad together, forming a perfect, long lasting seal. |

Confirmation of seal engagement is fed back to your control system to ensure the system is fully sealed before transfer begins.
The modular build system comes in 4, 8 and 12+ way bodies and you simply add the number of outlet ports to suit your plant.
Normal materials of construction are carbon and stainless steel with polyurethane sealing system but we can build them with exotic materials and other seal elastomers. |
