Multiway Diverter Valve

Multiway diverter valve

The multi-way diverter valve is a reliable way of transferring product from one to many or many to one pneumatic conveying lines.

A rotating 'swan-neck' in the body of the valve is positioned at the selected outlet by proximity switches.  An integral pneumatic system then pushes the end onto a soft seat making a perfect seal. The valve can then be used to transfer product.

Standard materials of construction are:

Red bullet Mild steel
Red bullet Stainless steel
Red bullet Food grade polyurethane seals
Red bullet With aluminium and elastomeric contact parts as an option.

The valves have from a 2" to 8" pipe size with larger sizes on request.

Diversion is from 4 to 12 way, again with more outlets to order.

The multi-way has been used successfully on many products ranging from coffee beans and petfood to cement and carbon black.

The TSY diverter valve can be used in conjunction with the multi-way to offer even more flexibility.
